Title		A Study of CEA Expression of the Invasive Colorectal Adenocarcinoma on Immunohistochemistry

Abstract		A total cases of 64 invasive colorectal adenocarcinoma were examined according to<br>gross findings, growth pattern, differentiation, mucin components, site, Dukes'<br>classification, preoperative serum CEA level and grade of CEA expression on<br>immunohistochemistry.<br>Serum CEA level and the pathologic findings were not associated with the grade of<br>CEA expression of the carcinoma on immunohistocehmistry. The serum CEA level<br>appeared to be higher in ulcerofungating type than polypoid type, in well differentiated<br>adenocarcinoma than poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and in Dukes' D than Dukes'<br>B<sub>l</sub>.<br>
