Abstract		SMOOTH-MUSCLE TUMORS of the stomach and the small bowel are not rare<br>disease. Leiomyosarcoma of the large bowel is indeed a very rare malignancy. However.<br>leiomyosarcoma of the anal canal is an extremely rare occurrence. On the literature, only<br>three cases were reported until recent. We report a case of leiomyosarcoma of the anal<br>canal with regional lymph nodal metastases.<br>
