Abstract		Juvenile polyp of the large intestine is the most common polyp among children and has no<br>malignant potential. We experienced a case of 3-year old male who presented with rectal<br>bleeding and polyp. The polyp was spontaneously resected and the size was 35 50 10 mm.<br>Pathologically, the polyp was consistent with juvenile polyp of the rectum.<br>
