Abstract		A wide transfixing suture including sacrum successfully controlled severe presacral<br>hemorrhage during rectal resection. The basic principle of this technique lies in safe<br>tamponade of injured fragile vessels attached to sacral periosteu. This technique can be<br>equipped as one of the efficient armamentarium competing lethal presacral hemorrhage<br>during pelvic surgery.<br>
